Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the balance ৳2,500, and to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be placed.

5.2 Other Promotions

6.2 Match Fixing and Fraud

Match fixing, manipulating the outcome of any game, colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage, and using software bots or automated systems are completely prohibited. If evidence of such activity is found, the account will be closed immediately.

6.3 Finality of Game Results

All game results are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage is merely a statistical indicator of average return — it does not guarantee any specific win.

7.1 Closure by joya bd

joya bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.

• Abuse of the bonus system.
• Fraudulent financial activity.
• Account operated by a minor.

7.2 Closure by the User
